The electrical, fire, mechanical, hydraulic and ESD services for a new building development of 39 residential apartments, two levels of underground carpark and Cafe is currently under design by TekNova Consult. ESD initiatives in electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services were implemented to the design to minimize the use of energy, plant deficiencies and the use of water services. First Rate calculations were performed for all apartments to ascertain heating and cooling load best practices for each apartment.
