Design stage.The electrical, fire, mechanical, hydraulic and ESD services for a new building development of 22 residential apartments, two levels of underground carparkis currently under design by TekNova Consult. ESD initiatives in electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services were implemented to the design to minimize the use of energy, plant deficiencies and the use of water services.
